A gentleman that has worked with beer since his early twenties. A career that started part-time while studying at university and proved to hard to leave. Opened and ran Manchester’s finest beer establishment, co-organised & curated the first festival to get together the best in the new wave of the British brewing scene. Serial collaborator and beer industry expert now working for one of the UK’s most experimental & progressive breweries, trying to find his feet in the art of the craft while getting back into writing and organising beer related events & tutored tastings.
